Qualifications
1) For language majors, the requirement is to be a native speaker. For non-language majors, the requirement is to be an English speaker who graduated from the relevant major.
2) Educational Requirements: PhD holder or Master's or bachelor's degree holders with rich teaching experience may be considered.
3) Strong background in teaching and researching
4) Possessing excellent teaching skills, knowledge and experience in curriculum development; strong commitment to research and to teacher scholarship
5) Must be prepared to teach courses at beginning and advanced levels, as well as specialization and culture courses
6) Age Requirement: 58 or younger

Working Hours
The Employee’s weekly workload is 18 teaching hours, include teaching and other extracurricular activities (such as language corners, clubs, office hour, engaging in academic researches led by the Department or the University, etc.),each teaching hour is 45mins of classes or 90mins of extracurricular activities for each week.

Salary &Other Benefits

Compensation Package:
1.Salary: For language majors RMB 8000+, For non-language majors RMB10000 + (Negotiable depending on experience and qualification)
2.Free accommodation (providing on-campus apartment with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Extra-furnishings include: TV, washing machine,
refrigerator, air-conditioner, oven/micro-wave oven, sofa, study-desk, dinning table
and chairs.
3.Free utilities include cold and hot water, gas, electricity. Internet connection is
available for teachers who shall provide their own computer for personal use.
4. Air ticket allowance no more than RMB 7200 for completing one-year contract.
Note:(The employee should provide the air ticket of the international travel between the teacher’s home country (or the staying city within China) and the city where the school locates).

7. Meal allowance of RMB150 per month deposited into the School Meal Card (No allowance shall be provided during the off campus working time and during the winter and summer vacations.)
